Ordering/Delivery

How to Order

To buy an item you must first add it to your shopping basket, to do this simply click on the "Add to Basket" button alongside the item you wish to buy. If you require a quantity other than 1 you should also enter this before clicking on the button.

Your shopping basket is displayed each time you add an item or can be displayed at any time by clicking on the "Your Basket" link. To remove an item from your basket simply enter a quantity of 0 and click on the "Update Basket" button. Your basket also displays the delivery charge associated with your order.

Once you have added all of the items you wish to purchase to your basket you should proceed to our secure checkout by clicking on the "Proceed to Checkout" button within your basket or by clicking on the "Checkout" link.

You must now decide how you will pay for your order. Secure on-line payment by credit or debit card is available via PayPal, alternative methods are available for those who do not have a credit or debit card or who do not wish to pay on-line. From this point on simply follow the on-screen instructions associated with each payment method.

Prices

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and include VAT at the current applicable UK rate where appropriate.

We will not accept any liability for any charges levied by your bank/card issuer whatsoever irrespective of your chosen payment method.

Delivery

We aim to despatch all orders within 3 working days (unless otherwise indicated) - please contact us if you require urgent despatch. We will inform you once your order has been despatched.

We only deliver to Mainland UK addresses - please contact us if you wish to place an order and are outside this area.

The following delivery charges apply: £5.95 per order.

Taster Offer

Buy up to 2 of our regular bars of chocolate and pay only £1.00 delivery per order. Please note that the bars are sent in a padded envelope by standard Royal Mail delivery and may be damaged in the post.

Packaging

Please note that we reserve the right to supply items in alternate packaging to that shown on the site.

Substitution Policy

If we are unable to supply any item(s) containing within a bundle we will contact you and offer a substitution or a refund.

Returns & Complaints

If you change your mind please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once we have shipped your order it cannot be returned unless there is a problem with the order - please contact us as soon as possible with details of any problem.

All details transmitted between your browser and the server are SSL encrypted to guard against their interception by unauthorised persons.
